Would you like a career in Law Enforcement? Want to go to the police academy? The Carroll County Sheriff's Office has openings for Detention Officer/Jailer. Jailers are eligible to attend the academy and become certified after 9 months. Must be at least 18 years old to apply for detention center. You must have a valid driver's license, able to pass a physical and background check, and be legal to work in the US.
