FINGERPRINTS - How can I be fingerprinted for work/job purposes?
Fingerprints: The Sheriff's Office will fingerprint persons upon request as part of pre-employment criminal history background checks. You will need to bring your letter that you received that has the control number for your background check. The Sheriff's office provides this service as a courtesy and does not charge a fee. Detention Center officers perform this service and will work you in as soon as they can. Due to processing procedures, they may not be able to accommodate you in a timely manner. The detention center officer should inform you if there may be a longer wait than normal and may request for you come back at a later time. Fingerprint can be done at in the Detention Center during the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
